Common questions.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. BuiltDaily works with iPhone alone. An Apple, Garmin, or a different watch that connects to Apple Health makes step, heart rate, and workout tracking richer, but it's not required.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes — logging works fully offline. iCloud sync (if you keep it on) catches up the next time you're connected. There's no BuiltDaily server in between.

Will my data sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Yes — your workouts, templates, and water history sync across iPhone and iPad via iCloud, using the Apple ID you're already signed into. No BuiltDaily account to create. Apple Health data syncs separately through iCloud Health, also managed by Apple.

Can I export my data?

Apple Health data is exportable from the Health app at any time.

Does BuiltDaily replace the Apple Health app?

No — it sits on top of it. Think of BuiltDaily as a focused daily view and a workout/water logger. Apple Health is still the source of truth for the underlying data.

What devices are supported?

iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Optimized for iOS 26.

How do I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel. One-time purchase, no subscription. Just delete the app if it's not for you.
